Fall 2026 Mentee Interest Form

The Mentee Interest Form for the Fall 2026 Starting Point Mentorship Program will open on July 27. Please return to this page then to access the interest form.

Fall 2026 Requirements

To be eligible for the Starting Point Mentorship Program, you must:

  • Be applying to UC Berkeley during the Fall 2026 admission cycle
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA (the minimum GPA required for UC eligibility)
  • Submit the Mentee Interest Form (available July 27)
  • Attend the mandatory Mentee Orientation on August 28, 2026

Important: To participate in the program, you must submit the Mentee Interest Form and complete the Mentee Orientation. If you are unable to attend the live orientation on August 28, a recording will be available. However, you are required to watch the orientation in its entirety and complete the mandatory Google Form shared during the presentation. Submission of this form is required to confirm your eligibility for the program.
